Rotating files for flexible shafts

Cylindrical rotating file are blade for flexible shaft, they are specific to work at high speed, in fact the hard metal files are not affected by the strong increase in temperature and abrasion of the material, so guaranteeing a long period of honorable service.

Thick pitch Tg 1: These rotating files are suitable for high-speed workings on wood, plastics and light alloys. They allow a max. speed of rotation ranging from 30.000 RPM (Ø 12 mm) to 45.000 RPM (Ø 4 mm).
Thin pitch Tg 3: These rotating files are suitable for working on iron, hardened and alloyed steel and can also be used for finishings on wood. They allow a max. speed of rotation ranging from 20.000 RPM (Ø 12 mm) to 30.000 RPM (Ø 4 mm).
Cross-pitch Tg 4: These rotating files are particularly suitable for finishings on steel and weld seams. They allow you to keep the working well under control, because they pulverize the shavings. They allow a max. speed of rotation of 20.000 RPM (Ø 10 mm) to 25.000 RPM (Ø 6 mm).

In conjunction with multi-sharp rotating files or grinders, this shaft can be used for a wide range of applications with wood working, such as art furniture, restorations, sculptures, model-making, in the mechanical field, finishing of moulds and tool-making, for goldsmith’s art and in other fields. This shaft epitomizes a high level of technology and precision workmanship. It is fitted on four high-speed bearings, with an innovative adjustable clutch, which protects both the product and the user.

Because of its unique pillow block, which keeps the machine in a horizontal position, all portable routers currently on the market can be used with this flexible shaft. The pillow block can rotate on the axle and ensures mobility and wide operating space.

The grip is equipped with spring collets ranging from 2,35 to 3-4-6 mm in diameter, and it is suitable for all multi-sharps rotating files made of steel or HM-TCT, which have been designed specifically for use on flexible shafts, diamond or CBN (Borazon) grinders.This grip is made of steel and aluminium, and it is fitted on special high-speed bearings.

It has a high resistant reinforced sheathing with an internal long-wearing coating and allows the operator to move freely.
It's stainless steel sheath, reinforced with a wear-resistant steel substrate, enables the user easy and effortless movements.
