 A fast-drying universal sealer, this is a perfect base for melamine lacquer, friction polish, carnauba wax and many other finishes. It can be used unthinned, although better results are achieved on larger objects if the sealer is thinned to improve coverage.

Stable emulsion wax based on wood head's sealing slows down the drying process and stops fresh wood fracturing. Can be applied on both trunks' heads and planks for aging and on roughed-down products to encourage drying, for example, bowl roughing where is applied only on the external part to avoid cracks.

Since it's a wax-based product and not a vinyl one it doesn't damage the tool's sharpening edge when woodturning the ending part, also it's compatible with all the products with a fat-base like oils and waxes.

It prevents over 90% of the cracks and also reduces fungal infections.

Water-based without solvents.

Directions for use:

Ceraseal is ready to use, to brush cover the entire surface of the heads.

If it is a rough bowl, apply only outside and only on the two wooden head parts.

Usually, it only takes one hand, although when it dries you see the wood.

Hardener and repairer for damaged by insect or rotten wood.

Liquid product, can be applied with a cloth, brushed on injected in the wood’s pores. Don’t need dilution.

Liquid fast adhesive, water thickness, commonly used to repair cracks and microfractures, thanks to its ability to penetrate even in tight spaces.

Suitable to strengthen fragile and porous materials, like a soft wood (balsa), ceramics, rough stones, mineral and even fossil.

During the inlay of the turquoise or metallic powder applications , this glue low viscosity stabilize the powder with capillary action.

Fastick can be used also as a finish treatment, by applying multiple layers, then smoothed and polished.

The instant drying of Fastick also prevents excessive product waste, that may be caused by a leakage.

Natural raw materials-based polish, for glossy wood surfaces, fast dry. Suitable also for pieces with a diameter bigger than 30 cm.

It dries in a few minutes which permits to be able to work again on the piece immediately.

Better results are found with grain 1200!

Polishing wood paste. Surfin X-fine it’s comparable with a grain grit 700.

It as to be applied after the surface as been smothered, up to grain 2000 or used Surfin. Apply with a soft cloth (in case of bigger items also a medium softness cloth can be used) and distribute it all over the item uniformly, with a lathe at 1000 rpm, 800-1200 rpm in case of bigger items. Distribute until the paste can no longer be seen.
