Self-Centering Lite Chuck
The Lite chuck is a concentrate of technology and ingenuity made in Italy.

Specially designed for small objects that are often carried on the lathe, it is the ideal chuck for all mini and medium size lathes (up to 50Kg). This is the only chuck recommended for light and entry-level lathes because it is very light.

The chuck protrusion from the lathe attachment is of only 52 mm, excluding jaws, the dimension also includes the thread.

Compared to the other chucks, you recover at least 10 mm of space on the lathe and bring the rotating mass closer to the shaft bearings reducing lathe vibration and stress.
Standard supplied with type 1 jaws, it can be assembled with optional jaws 2, 3, 4, 6.

Self-Centering Strong Chuck
The Strong chuck is a concentrate of technology and versatility made in Italy.
Specially designed for large objects that are often made at the lathe, it is the ideal chuck for all medium size large lathes (from 50Kg onwards). Designed for heavy and demanding work, it can safely perform small objects because it can assemble all the jaws of the Lite chuck.
Supplied standard with the type 5 jaws can also fit the optional Jaws type 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9

The chuck protrusion from the lathe attachment is of only 52 mm, excluding jaws, the dimension also includes the thread.
Compared to the other chucks, you recover at least 10 mm of space on the lathe and bring the rotating mass closer to the shaft
bearings thus reducing vibration and stress for the lathe.
For the predisposed lathes the Strong spindle is fitted with a flange DIN 800 with the taper for the safety collar, for the other lathes
it is still equipped with the safety locking grub Screw.

Type 1 Jaws "Bowls"
The provided Lite Chuck Jaws may be assembled even with Strong Chuck.
They have extraction and contraction double function.
Faceplates offer a simple and effective system to hold larger or heavier wood pieces by means of screws.
Choose appropriate Jaws according to the type of wood and its dimension.
 

Type 2 Jaws "Plate"
These Jaws can be assembled with both wood Chucks, Lite and Strong.
They have extraction and contraction double function. To offer a perfect holding,
we recommend to screw all the 8 screws.

Type 3 Jaws "Spigot" art 4213
These Jaws can be assembled with both wood Chucks, Lite and Strong.
They can hold very long spigots, even without tailstock.
Useful jaw length: 30 mm
They have extraction and contraction double function.
Choose appropriate Jaws according to the type of wood and its dimension.
 

Type 4 Jaws "Pens" art 4214
These Jaws can be assembled with both Chucks, Lite and Strong.
They have extraction function, to get a natural edge and contraction function, perfect with pens work.

This last function is ideal for the processing of pens, since it is possible to tighten a piece with square section 20x20 mm.
To offer a perfect holding, we recommend to screw all the 8 screws.

Type 6 Jaws "Big" art 4216

These jaws can be assembled with both chucks, Lite and Strong.
They have the function of gripping the workpiece both in expansion, in drilled holes directly on the raw wood to obtain objects with natural edge of contained dimensions, and in contraction.
To ensure a good seal, they must always be fastened with all 8 screws.
Choose the appropriate jaws for the size of the piece and type of wood that you want to work.

Type 7 Jaw's Spigot and Shaft' art 4217

This Jaws can be assembled ONLY on Strong Chuck.
They can hold very long shaft, even without tailstock.
Useful jaw length: 30 mm

Type 8 Jaw's Maxi èart 4218

This Jaws can be assembled ONLY on Strong Chuck (NOT on the Lite chuck).

The wood chuck jaws have extraction and contraction double function on very large plates.

To offer a perfect holding, we recommend to fix all the 8 screws.

Smoking pipe Jaws art 4219

They allow you to perform the turning and the relative holes for the stove and the torch of the smoker’s pipe.
They have the function of gripping in contraction and allow you to have rotation fulcrums of the piece to maintain the intersection of the axes. The useful depth of the jaw is 50 mm, if mounted on the Strong chuck art 4210 their excursion is limited.
