The diamond dresser rectifier for abrasive wheels is an indispensable tool to keep the abrasive wheel efficient.

It serves to smooth it and recondition the perfect geometric shape, and also serves to revive the abrasive granules and facilitate cutting for the wheel to climb as little as possible.

Use:

move the dresser lightly towards the working wheel and make a pendular movement from right to left and repeat without exerting too much pressure on the wheel.

The Super-Abrasive CBN (Borazon) wheel is a technology used mainly in industrial production.
Characterized by an abrasive specially designed for alloyed steels such as HSS, it allows sharp sharpening in short times. Used dry at the recommended rotation speed of 1200 Ø 2900 rpm it allows to exploit the quality of the grinding wheel. The metal support of the grinding wheel allows to dissipate the heat of the sharpening well, the increase in speed generates a better-sharpened surface but also an increase in heat that could overheat the edge of the gouge, it is advisable to have a l'ight hand'.

The Super-Abrasive CBN wheel (Borazon) is a technology mainly used in industrial production. Characterized by an abrasive specially designed for alloy steels such as HSS, it allows accurate sharpening in a short time.

The grain size is B91, it is a super abrasive and therefore uses a FEPA coding.

There is no real conversion table with respect to the standard grain sizes of traditional abrasives (oxides), but we can compare it to a G120 if rotated at modest speeds, or even to G150 or G 180 if rotated at high speed.

In any case, there is no "loss of sharpness" effect typical of traditional abrasives, nor "clogging" if used exclusively for sharpening HSS.

The body of the wheel is made of aluminum and therefore optimally dissipates the heat produced by sharpening, therefore there is an excellent result both if used at medium speed (1400rpm) and at high speed (2900rpm).

Its lightness does not stress and does not damage the bearings of the machine, as competitors' wheels which are made of steel (old technology).

Used dry at the recommended rotation speed of 2900 rpm, it allows you to take advantage of the quality of the wheel. The metal support of the grinding wheel allows the sharpening heat to be dissipated well, the increase in speed generates a bebetter-sharpenedurface but also an increase in heat which could overheat the gouge edge, it is advisable to have a light hand.

Ralla reduction for CBN Abrasive Wheel
The CBN Super-Abrasive wheel has a standard 32 mm diameter hole, the wheels on the market have a smaller shaft. For this reason, we have prepared a series of reduction washers for the various machines.
