Cutterhead for the seat of window iron fitting

With an only tool you can fit the iron fittings on 16,3 mm and 18,3 mm thick windows. In fact, on the body of this cutterhead, both
the knives for the 16,3 mm position and the other ones for the 18,3 mm position can be fitted.
In steel execution with hard metal (HW) knives.

Cutterhead set to produce thick windows

This set consisting of 3 cutterheads allows you to produce 54/58 mm and 68/64 mm thick windows in several passes.

The diameter and the cutting length of each cutterhead are designed to reduce to a minimum the number of working phases for the construction of windows, even if this is not a programmed tooling system, in fact, it is quite cheap.

As shown in the picture, the cutterheads are supplied with hard metal (HW) knives, spurs and rounding inserts. They are already fitted on the tool's body, but they are used only in some working phases. The spacers supplied with this cutterhead set allow you to adjust perfectly the projection between the first cutterhead Ø 140 mm and the second one Ø 116 mm.

In both schemes of the 54/58 mm and 64/68 mm thick window construction you can notice a cutterhead marked a's optional'. That is a 10 mm thick tenoning cutter. It is not included in the set, because it is a basic carpenter's tool and the most customers already own it. Moreover the tenoning cutter must be chosen considering the thickness of the window you want to produce as weel as the capacity of your machine.

The schemes provide for a 20 mm glass windowpane. This can vary according to your requirements. It can be used a 10 mm thick tenoning cutter (in several passes), an adjustable tenoning cutter or, alternatively, you can also mill the junction between jambs and transoms and join them by means of pins and screws.

The knives are revestible 2 or 4 times and can be replaced (it costs much less than the sharpening of the cutter)

Cutterheads for tenoning

This tool is useful for all basic carpenter's works.
Screws are placed in an area not subject to the accumulation of wood chips, therefore they do not ruin themselves and can be dismantled for a long time.

This cutterhead set is designed to produce the groove for AGB lifting-sliding doors. With one pass you can carry out the seat for the most used hardware suitable for a 150 Kg
carrying capacity.
With a further pass you can execute a deeper seat when using either hardware of a 250 Kg carrying capacity or high guide profile.
The cutterhead in the middle is an adjustable tenon of 1 80 mm diameter 1 80 mm and 15 Ø30mm thickness, which can be also used separately for further applications, while the two cutterheads placed below and above can not be used for other purposes.
These cutterheads have a steel body and replaceable hard metal (HW) knives.

Cutter for door outside profiles and frames

This set consists of 2 cutterheads with steel body and replaceable hard metal (HW) knives, which are already fitted on the cutterhead bodies. It is also includes the spacers for height adjustment and the rounding inserts with their supports to be used for finishing the door profile.
You can carry out the door jamb in either horizontal or vertical position by choosing the most suitable rubber insulating gasket for your working.
The door jamb can be achieved by combining the two cutterheads together. The height can be adjusted with the two calibrated spacers. The outside door profile can be also rounded by means of the 3 mm rounding inserts already supplied, or the bigger ones, which must be ordered separately, up to a 5 mm radius, while the inside door profile is executed with the 1,5 mm rounding inserts.

Cutter Ø120 for cabinet doors with three profiles has been designed especially for manufacturers of small series of furniture. You can adjust the precision of the joint between jamb and transom if you stagger the two knives slightly. High output cutter for rebatings
It is the basic carpenter's tool. To smooth boards up to 50 mm, produce rebatings, shutters, etc.
The model with 4 knives has 2 knives placed helically, which improve both the cut and the fluidity of the working, as well as 2 straight knives, which enable to obtain a wooden piece perfectly levelled.
