This tool is useful for all basic carpenter's works. The professionalmodel salso includes rounding inserts with a 3 mm radius and its supports. 
By means of this tool you can smooth boards up to 60 mm, produce rebating, shutters, joints, tenons (male and female joints), by finishing your work in one pass only. It also enables you to realize wonderful staves and matchboards, etc
Screws are placed in a position not subject to become obstructed by wood chips, therefore they do not ruin themselves and enable the regular knife replacement for longer time.

2 piece cutterhead set for cabinet doors Ø120 

This set is designed to produce cabinet doors. It is possible to create both stile and rail of cabinet doors with a groove for inserting the inner panel or without grooves, in case you want to mount a pane of glass to be fixed with a listel. You can adjust the joint between stile and rail by inserting some spacers between the two elements (included in this set). The knives are made of hard metal (HW). Further profiles are available.

This set is designed to manufacture internal doors ,with a thickness up to 48 mm, and also cabinet doors. You will obtain a door profiled on both sides. The central groove, into which the inner panel is to be inserted, can have a thickness from 8 to max. 15mm. 
The joint between stile and rail can be adjusted by inserting some spacers between the two elements (included in this set). The 8 - 15 mm thick tenon can be also used separately for further applications. The knives are made of hard metal (HW). Further profiles are available.

It is an innovative platband. It allows the user to work with the workpiece laid directly on the work-bench and since the knives are towards the work-bench of the machine, the safety for the user is increased, because the cutter has no cutting edges (blades) which sticks out of the upper part. The tool feed will be softer because the material removal is subdivided between the knives, which realize the inclined surface, and the outer profiled knives. It is available in special light alloy execution and is supplied with the profiled knives drawing C1s and the reversible straight knives already assembled. The straight knives are reversibile: one side is straight and the other one is curved.

This set is designed to cut perfect concave grooves into the workpiece or on the edge of the workpiece. By inserting some spacers between the two elements (included in this set) you can adjust the precision of the radius produced. It is not possible to work with only one of the two elements, which compose this set. 3 different sizes of radius knives can be fitted on this cutterhead. The knives are made of hard metal (HW). On each cutterhead three knife sizes can be fitted: on the smaller cutterhead it is possible to fit the knives of radius 12,5 mm, 15 mm and 17,5 mm, while on the bigger one the knives of radius 20 mm, 22,5 mm and 25 mm.
