This is one of the fastest and simplest kind of joint. You mould the first work piece according to the height desired. Then you remove the cutterhead from the spindle of your machine, insert the special calibrated 2,5 mm spacer, which is supplied, fit the tool again on the spindle and carry out the second moulding on the second work piece. This tool is fitted with hard metal (HW) knives.

With this guide bearing either you can follow a master template and reproduce the same profile onto a wooden piece, or you can trim your work piece with high precision. We supply you a bearing inserted into an aluminium ring, which can be turned according to the diameter you desire (we can also supply you the right diameter you need with a 10% price increase). This bearing comes with a spacer, which must be used to support and separate it from the cutterhead. The outside part of the bearing must not touch the cutterhead and must not be braked by anything. We are able to supply you with space rings of different thickness and diameter.

It is one of the most versatile and cheapest product, which you can find on the market. It is supplied with straight knives and counterprofiles (deflectors), which are already assembled. We supply you with also other profiled knives with the relating counterprofiles (follow the symbols to know the set composition). The knives are made of special carbon steel and have to be always used on the cutterhead in pairs with the relating counterprofiles. Each packet of interchangeable profiled knives contains a pair of profiles and a pair of counterprofiles.
